Like most other churches, we temporarily closed down due to COVID-19 in late March (2020). However, we felt led to resume our meetings at the beginning of June. We have been meeting safely ever since then with no ill-effects. Please come and join us as we worship our risen Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Welcome to Parkway Chapel
We were previously located - for 55 years - at 2651 Buchanan Street, Winston-Salem, NC. In 2018 the Lord led our leadership to begin the process of relocating to NW Forsyth County. The Buchanan Street property was sold in August 2019 - our last meetings at that location taking place on Sunday, August 11. Prior to meeting at Buchanan Street, our history dates back to about 1940 when the brethren began meeting in Winston-Salem. One of the early assemblies was known as Glenn Avenue Gospel Chapel.
We are currently meeting at the West Central Community Center (WCCC) at 6130 Yadkinville Road, Pfafftown, NC 27040.
